Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

• We provide professional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial advisory services tailored to nonprofit organizations.
• Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial and organizational information.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Cooperate with our team to ensure accurate reporting and bookkeeping.
• Retain responsibility for final decisions regarding financial management and compliance.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• Fees will be outlined in your engagement agreement.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We treat all client, donor, and financial information with strict confidentiality.
• We comply with Canadian privacy legislation, including PIPEDA.
• We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or as authorized by you.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is collected lawfully.

5. Intellectual Property

• Reports, analyses, and deliverables we produce for you become your property once full payment has been received.
• Our methodologies, tools, and templates remain the intellectual property of Omardunet Consulting.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid for the services in question.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the engagement letter.
• Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
